Alberto Serrentino

Advisor, board member, author and speaker. Founder of Varese Retail, and co-founder of btr varese and IRTT – Retail Think Tank Institute, based in Brazil. He has over 35 years of experience in the retail and consumption industries. Serves on several boards of directors, and committees of various companies. As an international speaker, he has made over 850 presentations, including 22 editions of the National Retail Federation’s Annual Convention (NRF Big Show). He authored and co-authored 10 books, published over 300 articles, and organized over 100 international programs. Served as an invited professor at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas’ business school (FGV), and the University of São Paulo (USP). Appointed as a Top Retail Expert by RETHINK Retail since 2022 and named for Retail Voices by NRF. Experienced Certificate Board Director by IBGC.
