Alberto Serrentino

Advisor, board member, author, and speaker. Founder of Varese Retail, a retail strategy, digital transformation and thought leadership boutique based in Brazil. He has over 35 years of experience in the retail and consumption industries, and serves on several boards of directors, and innovation committees of various companies. As an international speaker, he has made over 800 presentations, including 22 editions of the National Retail Federation’s Annual Convention (NRF Big Show). He authored/ co-authored 9 books, over 300 articles. Appointed as a Top Retail Expert 2025 by RETHINK Retail, and named for Retail Voices by NRF.
