As an international speaker, he has made over 450 presentations, including 14 editions of the National Retail Federation’s Annual Convention. He served as an invited professor at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas’business school and is a board member of the Brazilian Retail Consumption Society (SBVC) and other companies.
